The Reality of God
Jesus came to teach us clearly what the Father is like. He is the precise revelation of God’s nature, in contrast to the images that human imagination sometimes projects!
Distorted images of “father” often haunt us; humanly fallible authority figures sour our view of God. But shedding His light and dispelling the shadows of confusion, Jesus visits us to show how the eternal Father expresses authority and love in equal balance. We see the complete reality of God in Jesus, for “in Him dwells all the fullness of God” (paraphrase).
