Fear Fighting In The New Yearنموونە
"He Will Never Leave You"
Friend, I have something else to tell you before we finish: To continue my fear battle, I need you.
I really do.
I need to hear your battle cries, your wounds, and your sky-lift stories. I need to hear your truth. I need to hear your epiphanies. I need to relate to your heart.
I don’t know, but maybe, just maybe, you also need to hear mine. We need to hear something that says to us both, here, in this place, in the small confines of our boxed-in life, that we can be okay together. We can be whole, we can be one of our own kind—the club we never really wanted to join but still one where we are entirely “in,” where we “get each other.”
I think we sisters need to band together.
This is the tribal call for you. Can you hear it? It is God’s love singing out for us. For me, it sounds like learning, like welcome, like hope and life and peace. It sounds something like: Come. Sit in My heart and let My Spirit rouse you. Then rise, My child—rise, dance, move, chant, dig your toes in deep. Find who I made you to be and then share My love, commissioned. Go ahead—be unafraid and light a great mission.
And remember: The God who is in you will never leave you.

About this Plan
We all live with fear. It hangs around, whispering in our ears, reminding us of all we can't do or will never be. But that's not the end of the story. We also have a God who draws close to say, Fear not. I am with you. This Spirit transforms us into fear fighters. Get started on your journey to being a fear fighter in this new year.
