Unleash the Blessing

DAY 1 OF 3

God Is the Source of All Blessings

And the LORD said to Moses: Say to Aaron and his sons, Thus shall you bless the children of Israel; and you shall say to them: May the LORD bless you and keep you! May the LORD make his face shine upon you and grant you his grace! May the LORD lift his face toward you and give you peace! So they will place my name on the Israelites, and I will bless them (Numbers 6.22-27).

Everyone wants to be blessed. Superstitious people are willing to do the ridiculous to attract this blessing, but God alone is the source of blessing (Jas 1:17), the one that makes one rich, and He adds no sorrow to it (Pro 10:22).

Jesus himself says that he came so that his sheep might have life abundantly. Jesus does not change, nor does God change in his nature. His love and greatness are eternal (1 John 3:16).

Every prayer must be based on God's will and its nature for it to be answered. Our faith can only be effective when it is founded on the truth.

Therefore, if I pray to convince God to bless me or someone else, it means that I believe He does not want to. I doubt His eternal goodness. (Ps 118:1).

Some think that we must struggle with God to be blessed, but God often wants to bless us more than we are willing to believe.

So instead of trying to convince God, collaborate with Him and listen to His instructions to unleash His blessings.

In Numbers 6:22, there is the blessing. God wants to bless the Israelites. It is His will, His initiative. Still, today, God wants to bless His children, and He is asking us—He is asking you, my friend—to collaborate with Him so that He can fulfill His will.

The simplest form of prayer for someone is to bless them. But you need to know how to bless someone. There is a difference between asking God to bless someone and blessing that person.

Tomorrow I will explain how to pray with faith and authority for God's promises to be fulfilled.

Remember, God is good. He wants to bless you!

About this Plan

Unleash the Blessing

At the beginning of the COViD-19 crisis, a song went around the world, taken up in all languages and interpreted by artists united in declaring one thing: God's blessing. This prayer dates back to the time of Moses and Aaron, but they were not the authors. It was God himself who commanded them to bless his people! Let us discover together the God of blessing.
