Faint Not
“For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.” 2 Corinthians 4:16 KJV
Faint not. Choose to follow God and faint not. Choose to let Christ direct the works of your hands. Do not become weary. Do not become discouraged—for the Lord your God is with you. Though the outward man perish—the Lord is with you.
The Amplified Version expounds upon 2 Corinthians 4:16 AMPC in the following manner, “Therefore we do not become discouraged (utterly spiritless, exhausted, and wearied out through fear). Though our outer man is [progressively] decaying and wasting away, yet our inner self is being [progressively] renewed day after day.”
Fear not—for the Lord is with you. May He restore you. May His Word refresh you. For the Lord your Father is with you. Fear not. Be not dismayed—for the Lord is with you. Let not your heart grow weary. Let not your heart become hardened—for the Lord your God is with you.
“That is why we never give up. Though our bodies are dying, our spirits are being renewed every day.” 2 Corinthians 4:16 NLT. May your spirit be renewed—day by day. Never give up. Never give in. For the Lord your God will lead the way.
“Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day.” 2 Corinthians 4:16 NIV. Do not lose heart. May your heart be renewed day by day. Put your trust in Christ. Choose to faint not.
