Unwrapping the Names of Jesus | A Prayers of REST 5-Day Devotional by Asheritah Ciuciu نموونە

King of Kings
RECITE GOD’S GOODNESS:
O King Jesus, You came humbly in a manger, worshiped by both shepherds and magi; You allowed Yourself to be lifted on a cross, to the scorn of Romans and Jews alike; yet You will return victorious, the King to rule all kings and all nations. You are my King. I worship You.
EXPRESS YOUR NEEDINESS:
Father, I want to honor You not just with my lips, but with my whole heart. Consume me with passion for You. Transform my heart to respond with devotion and adoration as befits the King of the universe. Let nothing compete with my affection for You.
SEEK HIS STILLNESS:
Picture Jesus seated on His heavenly throne, worshiped by angels and heavenly creatures. Enter His throne room, not as a fearful subject but as a child of the King, and worship Him alone.
TRUST HIS FAITHFULNESS:
O Jesus, You’ve always kept Your promises, and I trust that You will return to bring Your eternal kingdom here on earth. Even now, in these turbulent times, You are reigning from on high. You alone are the true King, and You will reign forever and ever.
