Walk Through The Bible 365 - Augustنموونە
Deal With The Sin
Remember we have read about the tongue this week in James, and today we read how David tried to stifle it. He could not contain the power within him and he had to let go of his inner thoughts. Are you pondering what the writer is sharing? Life is fleeting, sin must be dealt with, and life is found in Him. The message is clear for us to find meaning in life - in Him, calling upon Him, seeking Him, and finding Him.
Prayer: I acknowledge You, Lord, as Holy, Righteous, and the Giver of Life. Let me not quench sin in my soul but convict me so that I may become free and live life as You meant it to be. I give permission for the Holy Spirit to work in my life. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
