Worship at the Wellنموونە
Christianity by definition is transformative. Our Christian life begins by a definitive act (known as regeneration) of the Holy Spirit upon those who are spiritually dead and now given a new beginning. Where formerly we had no disposition, inclination or desire for the things of God, now we not only have a sense of affection for God, but the core of our being (mind, heart & emotions) begins to grow in love for Him based on truth from Scripture concerning who He is. To be transformed means to go above and beyond the forms and structures of this world and not be conformed to it. Our lives are truly formed around what we love and long for, that’s an inescapable truth. Another way to say this is that what we worship (give value to) is transformative on every level of our lives. The change is into another form, a human being fully alive and flourishing. Worship is truly transformative!
“The gods we worship write their names on our faces, be sure of that. That which dominates will determine man’s life and character. Therefore, it behooves us to be careful what we worship, for what we are worshipping we are becoming.” Ralph Waldo-Emerson

About this Plan
As we journey together the next 50 days, we will experience what worshipping at the well looks like! God’s desire is for His body to be unified, with humble hearts, and authentic worship. Join us for the next 50 days as we are encouraged and equipped to re-dig the wells of worship and prepare for rain! We hope you are encouraged by this plan!
