DAY 1 OF 3

THE LOVE OF GOD

If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (1 John 1:9)

Christ came to this world to show the real proof of God's love for people in this world. Love covers all transgressions. This means love forgives all sins that we have committed before the Lord. Christ is called the Prince of Peace because He came to reconcile us to the Father.

Forgiveness from the Father occurs when we come to humble ourselves before God, realize our mistakes and admit all of our mistakes before Him. Sometimes a disease could be caused by sin; if that person repents by confessing his sin before the Lord, the Lord by His mercy will forgive and restore that disease. Sometimes, problems might also happen to someone, because God is dealing with that person to make him realize, repent, receive God's forgiveness, and have his life restored.

God is very serious to us; He proves it by showing us His love. The sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross is God's victory that He gave to us so that we are freed from all curses and sins. If the Most Holy God wants to love us, the sinners, then we should live to teach everyone and express that love wherever we are. We need to know that love is the greatest among faith, hope, and love because the love is God Himself.

God is very serious about us and He proves this by showing us His love.
