Move with Persistence: “The Tenacious Spirit”
The power of perseverance even in the face of adversity is the epitome of a Queen. Indeed, those who achieve great things are those who do not know when to quit. From others, they hear negative remarks and critics who constantly remind them, over and over again, that what they are attempting to do will not work. Yet, they persevere.
It’s quite simple. If you don’t go after it you will never have it and you will never know how to keep it. When you work hard for something, you don’t want to lose it. Faith and persistence go hand in hand and it requires tremendous grit to stay the course.
Think on this Queen: your persistence and faith can be the very testimony needed for someone else to see how they can make it. However, if you are grinding and persisting on something that is “man-made” without seeking God’s approval or direction, you are inviting in anxiety, stress and worry.
When we embrace and model this power move, we are telling the world that when everyone else sits down in defeat, we stand up proudly and will continue to take the next step forward.
You might have been knocked down and are walking with a limp from the battles you have faced, but take a moment to regroup because you are a warrior, and warriors don’t retreat, they reload. Your mess has been a setup for the message you are about to carry.
Through the work of the Holy Spirit, God will give you the ability to stay on course. So, do not give up. Draw near to God and allow His power to sustain you. Through the Holy Spirit you can find the power to not give up and experience the promises embedded in the word of God.
Persistence gives you the tenacity to make the next move on the chess board of life which may lead to a quick rise or a step back, but it is an important move that you will need to get to the next step in your development and growth. So be persistent, Queen, and remember that God will sustain you and keep you as you persist through life each and every day.
Prayer: Father, give me the persistence, perseverance, and power to overcome any obstacle or setback I may encounter today. My desire is to be who you designed me to be. Cover my family and those that are near and dear to me. Give me the courage to stay in the fight until the battle is won. Amen.

About this Plan
As Queens, we must stay engaged in prayer and in the spiritual battle that overtakes enemy forces attempting to prevail against our families, jobs, communities, and our nation. Through prayer, purpose, persistence and praise you can win this battle. Being aware of the real battle at hand should be the priority of every woman and every Queen on God’s chessboard of life.
