Fruit Bowl

DAY 34 OF 63

True Kindness

This poor man had leprosy. This would have meant that he was excluded from socialising, as people would avoid someone 'unclean.' Not only did Jesus heal him, but He touched him as well. What an insightful act of kindness!

A fruit of God's Holy Spirit in us is kindness.

To touch the untouchable, to love the unlovable.

To see people's needs and try to meet them, without being asked.

To be considerate and generous,  not because we will gain from it, but because it will benefit the other.

To smile at the shopkeeper, and thank them for their help.

To buy a sandwich for the homeless person on the street.

To take the time to show politeness and thoughtfulness to your family.

To give your time, gifts, and money to your church family.

This is kindness. Are we growing in this?

About this Plan

Fruit Bowl

Fruit Bowl is a 9-week deep dive into the Fruit of the Spirit put together by the Naujavan community. Jesus said, “This is to my Father’s glory, that you bear much fruit, showing yourselves to be my disciples." Bearing the Fruit of the Spirit is the result of spending quality time with God, allowing Him to shape and form us.” We hope this devotional encourages you to do just that.
