Life After Lifeنموونە
When we look at the world around us, sometimes it can feel like we’re always surrounded by sadness and broken situations. But did you know that the world wasn’t always full of bad things? God didn’t create it to be this way!
When God made the world, it was perfect and there was nothing wrong until sin entered the world. Sin is defined as anything we do that is apart from God: any choice we make, thing we say, or even thoughts that we have that aren’t God's way.
Adam and Eve, the first two people God created, were tempted to disobey God. They had a choice to either give in to that temptation or obey God. Sadly, they chose to sin, and it caused everything in the world to suffer because sin entered the world for the first time.
Because of sin, we are separated from God. Because of sin, the world around us is full of sickness, injustice, poverty, inequality, and hatred. And it all started because of one temptation!
Temptation can be powerful, so we need to do our best to stand up to temptation when it sneaks up on us. Giving in to temptation and sinning can have hard consequences.
Challenge: Today, we challenge you to think about the temptations in your own life. Is there one temptation that just keeps coming back to you? Name it, tell God and someone you trust about it, and then pray for the strength to avoid giving in to that temptation and sinning. Also, take time today to read Philippians 4:8. What kinds of things should we think about when we are tempted? Think about those things today, and write them down so you can focus on them when you are tempted in the future.

About this Plan
This life is not the end. After we die, all of us face eternity. We will either spend eternity with God, in Heaven or, we will spend eternity separated from God, in Hell. Join us over the next 7 days as we discuss the truth about Heaven and Hell and how we can choose life!
