Prayer: Time With Godنموونە

During Bible times, some people tried to put on a show when they were praying. They would pray to get noticed by others and not as a way to talk to God. Jesus wanted to give us an example of what to say when we pray, and this is known as the Lord’s Prayer. Today we want you to take some time to read over this prayer a few times and think about what Jesus is saying. Then take some time to put it into your own words and write it down somewhere you will see it every day.

Challenge:  Now that you have written the prayer in your own words, take some time to pray those words to God. Be sure to take some time to pray about each of the areas Jesus mentions.
