Women and Money - She Handled It!نموونە
Day 7: Move and God will direct your steps
You know what you need to do, now you just need to start. No one is going to do this for you. There is no knight in shining armor to save you from all your hurt and struggle. The pot o’ gold doesn’t exist at the end of the beautiful rainbow. You’ll always be left grasping for air. It is all an illusion to keep you stuck. Keep your eyes are open.
“I’m gonna handle this.” Say it out loud. “I’m gonna handle this. I’ve got this. I am worthy and able. I am a highly capable woman. I am learning more every day. I matter to many people. I will handle this. My time is now. No more indecision. I am doing this!”
The planning you do today isn’t just about you—it’s about the generations to come (Deuteronomy 11:19). God can only direct you when you are moving, not when you are standing still. Move, even if it ends up being the wrong direction; He will get you set on the right path (Proverbs 4:12).
This is just the beginning of something amazing and miraculous. You are a part of something bigger than yourself (Proverbs 31:20). You are part of a movement. A movement of women who are not willing to sit back and let someone else dictate their financial security. Women who refuse to agree that understanding personal finance is a “man’s job,” because the financial industry struggles to pivot and speak to the real players—you. Women. Mothers. Daughters. Sisters. Aunts. The 80% who will die single. The last Woman standing. You.
Are you ready for this new game? I got your back.
Look at you, transitioning into your destiny. Not a little wallflower, but a courageous child of God. I am so proud of you. You did what I knew you would.
You handled it!
The real work starts now. Pick up a book. Listen to a podcast. Do the research. Take financial inventory. Interview some advisors. Talk to people you look up to for their financial freedom. Get direction and start moving.
Tip: What you do today can change the generations behind you. Leave a legacy of financial understanding and security.
