THE KEY TO VICTORY
Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. (Ephesians 6:10)
Since the first day we believed in Christ, the race and the war began. We compete in the race of faith to reach the finish line, and we prepare to enter the battle arena against the flesh and the power of the evil one. It is not an option whether we want to enter the battle or not, but this is something to be faced for sure because we will automatically deal with these things.
The arenas of war may be in a relationship of husband and wife, parent and children, or it could be a relationship between friends. Every arena of the battle may cause us to run out of energy or even cause our faith stamina to degenerate sharply.
The question is, what is our preparation to deal with all of this? Do we surrender to a life full of struggles? The Word of God reminds us that all of this will be able to be faced and won if we use spiritual armor.
The Lord gives us details of what the believer needs to be able to win the race of faith: "Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which, you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God, praying all the time."
This doesn't happen from human contemplation, but from the power that God gives to believers to have victorious, overcoming lives.
Always rely on God in everything. That is the key to success and triumph in our lives.
