Real Hope: New Beginnings

DAY 2 OF 5

New Beginnings – Does That Mean Change?

One look outside the window or a cursory glance at the news will convince us that the world as we know it is changing. And one could surmise it is not changing for the better, and that it all reconfirms that we as human beings are adverse to change of any type.

But change is the natural course of the world and an integral part of God’s plan for mankind. To be prepared for change, we need look no further than the promises of God’s Word, the Bible. The verse from Isaiah promises something brand new and God encourages us to keep our eyes open to see it.

Can I encourage you to recalibrate your focus and ask God to show you what He is doing? It is amazing what can happen when we courageously venture out of our little worlds and begin to embrace God’s wider kingdom.

Father in heaven, I thank you that you have invited me into something new that you are beginning to do in the earth. Please guide, lead, and strengthen me to play my part in your grand plan for mankind. In Jesus name, Amen.
