The Ways of Prosperity

DAY 4 OF 7

God Wants You to Prosper Financially

The Bible is full of discussions about finances and money. God does not shy away from the topic, nor should we. Yet, we should also keep proper balance in considering financial prosperity is meaningless if we are not prospering in the other six areas of life, in our family life, emotions and health, spiritually, socially, mindsets, and professionally. The realization of financial provision in your life needs to be considered around how capable God is. If He is our ultimate provider and all provision is in Him, then we can place our faithful expectation of good in God for every area of life.

When we check in with God and partner with Him on a regular basis, we position ourselves to hear His voice on how we can financially prosper. We should often consider God in financial planning, investments, and purchasing and thus putting our expectation in Him. God wants to show us the depths of His richness and supply us with all His abundance if we hope in Him. Our financial picture changes when we take the big dreams and plans that we have with God and we make plans out of them, we strategize and build them out!

There is a plan that God wants to show us about our finances. He gives out the most detailed plans to help us develop a thriving financial life. The plans may include multiple streams of income, our primary place of occupation, inheritance, family, and investments, etc. He will use everything at our disposal to help us financially prosper. God wants our active and consistent participation in this plan! As we begin to walk hand in hand with God in our finances, we will begin to discover His heart and voice to assist us in our thriving journey. One step at a time. One choice at a time.

About this Plan

The Ways of Prosperity

In 3 John 1:2 we see that God wants us to live fully in the prosperity that only comes from knowing and imitating Him. This encompasses 7 areas of life, including our relationships, spirituality, health, and career. When we grow or struggle in one area, we impact the rest. As we focus on prospering in the ways God designed, we get to know more about Him and His heart!
