The Power of Your Wordsنموونە
OUR WORDS PRODUCE
"But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some a hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty." Matthew 13:23
The parable of the sower teaches us how God's word, when sown into the hearts of mankind, bears fruit for the Kingdom. The seeds of our words bring forth a manifestation. They bear fruit. As we mature in Christ, we must become intentional to speak words which produce fruit that honors God.
"Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples...Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you." John 15:8, 16
PRAYER: Holy Spirit, guide my tongue. Make me aware of my words that they may bring forth good fruit.

About this Plan
In Matthew 13:18-23, Jesus taught his disciples the power of words. The seed, which is sown, represents the word of God. The ground that receives the seed symbolizes the conditions of the hearts of mankind. The fruit which came forth is the manifestation of the word. The words we speak impact our life and the life of others. In this devotional, we will discover the power of our words.
