Father God, I give You my fear, anger, distress, irritation…

Having acknowledged and listened to our feelings, we can then release them to God, knowing that He is big enough to hold them. Our relationship with God is deepened through this awareness and acknowledgement of our feelings. He replaces our anxiety with His peace as we trust Him.
