Start Where You Areنموونە
Just Start Here
God is calling out to you. Do you hear His voice? Be still and listen. Can you hear it?
You were made to be blessed by God and sent to bless others. Consider the beauty of God’s perfect plan. He longs to wrap you in His infinite love so you can spread His love to the whole world. God doesn’t just want this for you.
You need this from Him.
It’s why you’re alive.
What might happen if you really listened to God’s voice? What if I became the person God created me to be? What if I knew Jesus was fully invested in the details of my life? What if I wholeheartedly believed Jesus was with me in each moment?
Open your heart—even if you don’t believe in God. Even if you hate God. Give God a chance. Trust me, once you experience the reality of God’s love in your life, nothing is the same.
Start where you are.

You are not stuck where you are. You can turn it all over to Jesus, and God will take you where you need to be.
We serve a God who ordered every nook and cranny of creation. Our God is a master architect, and everywhere we look we see evidence of His perfect designs. Woven into the very fabric of Jesus’s life and ministry is a pattern we can also follow. Consider the three movements of the kickstart to Jesus’s ministry: He gets baptized (Matthew 3:16-17), He gets tempted in the desert (Matthew 4:1), and then He goes out to do ministry (Matthew 4:17).
1. He comes up.
2. He goes in.
3. He reaches out.
It’s a simple pattern. We come up to go in to reach out. Each day this week will flow through some of these movements. Allow the structure to help you see where you are in your journey. When we Come Up, God meets us in our mess. When we Go In, God loves us through our mess. When we Reach Out, God leads us beyond our mess.
Let’s get started.
Take a few minutes to find a quiet place without interruption. Pray: God help me to receive Your truth for my life—not words that others may or may not have said, but words from Your heart for my life in Jesus’s name.
