This Psalm is reminding us of the power of God. Starting in verse 13, the Psalm is telling us God is aware of what all people do and that He especially watches over those who honor God. God watching over us is good news for those who live lives to honor God, but can be scary for those who pursue wrong behavior. As children, we probably behaved better when we knew our parents were watching. Today, we should keep in mind that God is always watching.
