When God Says Noنموونە
Encourage and Celebrate Others
The Promised Land was Moses’ dream. But after his hard work, sacrifices, and all he had been through, God tells him, “No.” Because he displeased God in the wilderness, he was not allowed to lead the people of Israel into the Promised Land. Not only would Moses’ dream never be realized, but he must train Joshua to take his place.
When God tells us no, we should be able to encourage and strengthen others to continue to do His will. We must put aside our hurt, disappointment, and shame to support and assist those God has called to go forward.
Question: Has God ever told you no? How did you respond?

About this Plan
As Christian believers, we rejoice in knowing all things work together for our good, (Romans 8:28). No matter what we experience in life, we expect to emerge victorious. However, we must prepare for the moment when God says, “No” to our wants and desires. This three-day devotional will teach us how to respond when God tells us, "No."
