Word for the Dayنموونە
The confidence we read of in Hebrews 10:35 is not the type of confidence we have in our own abilities or natural means, but it is a confidence we have in God when challenging situations or trials come into our lives. So often we can throw away this confidence when we become disappointed and allow doubt to eat away our trust in God. Today, let me encourage you to pick up your confidence and put it back in God again.
Let us trust and believe that He is faithful to His Word. His promises and the declarations He has made over your life will come to pass. Our God can be trusted to keep his promise (Hebrews 10:23)
When we lose our confidence, we can often shrink back, worry, doubt ourselves and feel disappointed. Instead, let us be “those who have faith and are saved”, as written in verse 39. Let us choose not to shrink back in disappointment or hopelessness anymore, but put your confidence back in God. Put your hope and trust in Him and His love. God has a great plan for you. He wants to use you to bring about His love to see a generation won for Him.
PRAYER
Father, thank You for Your confidence and for Your goodness. At times when I have cast aside my confidence, hope and belief, I pick it up again and put it back in You. Thank You God that I can be confident in You. You are faithful to every word, every declaration and every promise You have ever made. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

About this Plan
In this devotional series, Pastors Russell and Sam together with other leaders from the Planetshakers Church team share how God wants us to live under His Light and not the darkness of a situation. Let us live under the light of who our God is. He is our healer, our redeemer, our freedom, and our joy. In the year of acceleration, He wants to bring light to your situation!
