Reading: Mark, chapter 14

Devotional: One of the characters that we should pay attention to in this chapter is the Apostle Peter. In spite of the fact that he had been so close to Jesus, he failed to follow into His example of faithfulness and denied knowing Him in one of the most critical moments. He knew all too well who Jesus was, yet fear overcame him. 

The same kind of fear is the enemy we fight with today, especially at school or work. Do not let fear dictate your reactions! Always be proud of your faith in Jesus!
