Workplace Wisdom: Communication

DAY 4 OF 5

 Workplace Wisdom:  Communication, Part IV

Although being “slow to speak” is wise, one fatal flaw often made in business is that of inadequate communication. Many leaders assume because they understand their vision for their business that their employees do as well. But studies reveal that’s rarely true.

A business needs to clearly define their purpose and vision and communicate it frequently to their team.

The Lord said to the prophet, Habakkuk, in Habakkuk 2, “Record the vision and inscribe it on tablets, That the one who reads it may run. For the vision is yet for the appointed time; It hastens toward the goal and it will not fail.”

The Lord told Habakuk to inscribe God’s vision on multiple tablets. If you desire your dreams to be fulfilled, your team needs to hear your vision and purpose frequently.
