Sharing Accountability: Three Simple Steps

So what can you do to increase accountability inside your relationship with your girl? 

The goal is to identify ONE area that needs increased accountability. It could be anything: household chores, screen or social media time, prepping meals, morning routines...

Once you’ve got it, use the three simple steps below to make a new commitment and hold each other accountable to honor it.

1. Set clear expectations for how you both will behave.

2. When necessary, use a cue to remind each other of the agreement you made.  

3. Create a better opportunity in the moment to do what you agreed to do.  

All it takes is a short conversation with her to establish a new agreement. Talk about it, pray through it, agree on it, and partner together to hold each other accountable. 

Paul’s letter to the Corinthians gives us the encouragement we need to partner with our daughters and share accountability inside our relationships.
