Courageous - Being Daughters rooted in Graceنموونە
When I was an undergrad, I took a ministry course that helped us navigate our specific passions in life. I will never forget when I heard the professor declare, “Your life is your ministry.” It blew my mind. You mean being me is enough for God and His kingdom purposes? Having the courage to be myself allows me to minister to anyone before me. This seems too simple to be real, but it’s the true message of grace. More than anything, God wants our whole hearts. He sees you and values what you bring to Him. You are the contribution.
Courageous Mama and Daughter, you are loved. You have a purpose. You are invited into intimate relationships with God and others. You are allowed to make mistakes, and they can be redeemed. You can rest and allow God to move. You are invited to partner with His power to do more than you can ask or imagine. Take hold of the power we have been given by our God. He is in us. He is around us. He has gone before us. He is behind us. And He is the One on whom we stand—with confidence, resilience, and grace.
Our daughters need women to show them the way. Imagine a generation of girls who know they are loved and who love others well. Imagine a generation of girls who speak life and encouragement and hope into those around them. Imagine a generation of girls who stand up not only for their own value and worth but also for the value and worth of others. Imagine a generation of girls who lean in to the mighty power of our God and live into their destiny—the one crafted for them for such a time as this!
The process of becoming courageous requires knowing who we are in a community that practices moving through conflict rather than around it, calling us to deeper waters where we find intimacy with God and others. It requires surrender, trust, and obedience. All our journeys are never exactly how we envisioned them, but we can surely rest knowing that our God is in the business of restoring, renewing, and rebuilding. Be on the alert and stand firm in the faith; be courageous and be strong. Let all that you do be done in love by His power. The time is now. Are you with me?
Prayer: Father, help me to experience the ways You delight in me each day, and help me to show my daughter the ways she brings joy to Your heart and mine.

About this Plan
The stakes have never been higher as daughters of every age navigate a world that seeks to diminish and manipulate the truth of who they really are. Weaving together biblical wisdom and clinical research, our week together will inspire, empower, and equip you to be courageous right where you are, while challenging you to invest in the lives of those daughters around you—because you are not alone.
