If Any of You Lack Wisdom

DAY 2 OF 3

Wisdom Is The Principal Thing.

“Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.” Proverbs‬ ‭4:7‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Wisdom is the principal thing. Let wisdom become the bedrock and the framework of your life. Let wisdom lead your life and shape your actions. Let wisdom guide your character. Let wisdom guide your footsteps.

According to Strong’s Concordance, the Hebrew word for, “Principal” is, ‘re'shiyth’ (H7225) which means, “First, beginning, best, chief, choice part.” Let wisdom be the choice part of your life. Let wisdom establish your foundation. Let wisdom start your journey. Let wisdom start your way. Let wisdom be the chief part of your life.

Psalms‬ ‭111:10‬ ‭KJV‬‬ declares, “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments: his praise endureth for ever.” Psalm‬ ‭111:10‬ ‭AMPC‬‬ declares, “The reverent fear and worship of the Lord is the beginning of Wisdom and skill [the preceding and the first essential, the prerequisite and the alphabet]; a good understanding, wisdom, and meaning have all those who do [the will of the Lord]. Their praise of Him endures forever.” Let wisdom become the prerequisite to every aspect of your life. Let wisdom lead and be the first essential component of your destiny.

Proverbs‬ ‭1:7‬ ‭AMPC‬‬ declares, “The reverent and worshipful fear of the Lord is the beginning and the principal and choice part of knowledge [its starting point and its essence]; but fools despise skillful and godly Wisdom, instruction, and discipline.” Fools despise wisdom. Seek God’s Wisdom and His Counsel before you make the next move.
