In God
Our body is a God-created machine that needs rest. We need a good nights sleep as it restores our operating vital functions, and while we sleep, dreams organize our mental and emotional sphere.
The human body needs to recover from its attributions, but our priority must undoubtedly be to rest our souls. Read the Bible, praise God, and spend time with the Lord in prayer. Those are the best ways to rest the soul.
When your stress level increases, anxiety hits, pray. As we pray, we organize our thoughts and define our actions, being guided by the Holy Spirit. So present your concerns to God, speak to Him, open your heart, and talk about your fears and yearnings. God is the only one who can hear your souls cry for help on a stressful day.
Never forget that life has its stressful moments, but it's also wonderful and full of good surprises - we need to learn to enjoy it to the best of our ability. Dance, sing, smile, praise a little more, enjoy the sunshine, be thankful, love people and hug your family.
Stress will knock on the door, but it's always up to you not to let it in.
