He Laid Down His Lifeنموونە
Salt And Light.
“Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men. Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.” Matthew 5:13-16 KJV
You are the salt of the Earth. You were created by God to reflect His Light in the Earth. God planted and placed you in the Earth for such a time as this. You were created to reflect the Glory of God. Choose to selflessly surrender the gifts, talents and abilities that God has placed in you. Let His Light shine through the work of your hands.
Choose to selflessly share your gifts with the world. Matthew 5:16 KJV declares, “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.” Let His Light shine through you. Matthew 5:16 AMPC declares, “Let your light so shine before men that they may see your moral excellence and your praiseworthy, noble, and good deeds and recognize and honor and praise and glorify your Father Who is in heaven.”
Pattern your character after Christ. Pattern your life after the Word of God. Don’t hide His light. Don’t hide the gifts, talents and abilities that God has given you. You were created by God to Glorify Him. Choose to selflessly help others. Sow your gifts into others. Serve others. Don’t hide the treasure that God has planted inside of you.
Don’t let the enemy rob you of fulfilling your purpose. Christ laid His life down so that you might live. John 10:10 MSG declares, “A thief is only there to steal and kill and destroy. I came so they can have real and eternal life, more and better life than they ever dreamed of.”
Don’t let fear rob you of fulfilling your destiny. Submit your gifts to God and allow Christ to use you. Submit every area of your heart to Christ and let God lead and light your path.
