Choose Life

Ask God’s help in choosing life today – choosing life through what we eat and drink, what we watch, and how we look after our bodies.

When stressed we can default into numbing behaviours. Numbing means we are not fully present – to ourselves, to others, and to God. We may numb through eating, drinking, or working too much; watching TV, going on Facebook, or playing online games; gambling, or using drugs. At whatever level, numbing moves us away from life and is a deadening choice.
