John’s vision concludes with the assurance that the things he has seen will happen. He has been told these things so he can tell others of what is to come. It is a warning to everyone not to be on the wrong side when Jesus returns.
The outcome for all of us is one side or the other. There is no middle ground of not fully accepting, but not fully rejecting Jesus. Tomorrow may be too late. The end could come soon!
