From Beginning To End - Quarter 4

DAY 73 OF 91

Here there is a pause in the descriptions of the judgments against those who rejected Jesus, and the deliverance of those who have accepted Jesus is described. One hundred and forty-four thousand Jews and a countless number of Gentiles or non-Jews are delivered during this time of God’s judgment called the great tribulation.

We would love to see everyone delivered, but that is not how it is. One hundred forty-four thousand may sound like a big number, but small compared to the total number of Jews. The multitude of non-Jews who are delivered is big, but God’s judgment is carried out on many more. Jesus is a great dividing line for all people. Those who trust Him are saved. Those who don’t trust Him are condemned (John 3:18).

About this Plan

From Beginning To End - Quarter 4

This is the final part of a four-part plan to read the books of the Bible that tell of the historical events. Although the Bible contains many stories, it is one story from beginning to end of God’s interactions with humanity. One day per week can be used to catch up on missed readings or for reflection. Notes are also included to assist with understanding.
