Grace Anna Presents "Courage For Kids"نموونە
There have been times in my life when I was so prideful that I thought I could do everything on my own. But deep down inside, I was often scared. One instance that sticks out in my mind was the first day I started walking after having leg surgery.
Momma had her arms wrapped around me, helping me to stand up. I would never admit to her or the physical therapist in the room that I was terrified. The closer the time came for me to take my first step, the harder my heart pounded in my chest. I didn’t want anyone to know what I was feeling.
As the moments progressed, I started to put my foot forward. The next thing I knew, I was clinging to the therapist’s arms and crying uncontrollably. He patted me on the back and said, “I’ve got you, Grace Anna, just trust in me.”
That is exactly what God wants us to do every day. We have to admit that we can’t do things alone, and we have to share our deepest fears with God. He loves us and wants us to have a trusting relationship with Him. We have to believe that He will.
