The Nature Of Christنموونە
The One Who Is To Be Praised Forever.
I want to encourage you to read Colossians 1:13-20 once again. It is a beautiful hymn written by Paul about Christ and is full of wonderful insights on Christ’s nature.
After spending four days learning about the nature of Christ, I want to finish by encouraging you to praise our Lord Jesus Christ, today and forever. Remember, the One divine Son of God who was before creation added humanity to Himself, showing the world He came from God. He came to carry our sins to the cross, transferring us from a kingdom of darkness to a kingdom of light. He was raised from the dead and ascended to the right hand of the Father. Being there, He didn’t throw away His humanity, but held onto it. What comfort for us that He is still the same savior who came down for us.
I pray that these simple devotions about the nature of Christ have helped you to understand your Savior better. I pray that they will lead you into the worship of Christ, and deeper faith in Him.
To His name be the glory forever, Amen.
