Living Before the Face of Godنموونە
What is CORAM DEO?
Coram Deo is an expression in Latin which means: "before the face of God." The term was created in the sixteenth century in the context of the Protestant Reformation. Living Coram Deo is a call to live with the understanding that you stand before the presence of God. It is the awareness that all things are for His Glory (Romans 11:36).
It is liberating to understand what Coram Deo means and at the same time challenge oneself to live it. There is no activity or work that is more or less sacred. We understand that it is not about what we do, but for who we do. Through the Holy Spirit, we are enabled to walk in this truth, working in any area of society, living before the Lord with all our heart.
