Say this out loud: People learn about Jesus when I live like Him.

When Jesus was on earth, He had many enemies. These men would try to trick Him into saying or doing the wrong thing. But it never worked. Throughout His entire life, Jesus always lived with perfect integrity between what He said and what He did. That means He didn’t just tell us to forgive; He forgave others. He didn’t just tell us to love our enemies; He loved His enemies. He was always sure to do the things He taught. This quality was rare back then, and it still is today. Because it is rare, it is noticeable. When we live like Jesus and actually do the same things we talk about, people are going to notice. When they do, we will have the chance to share with them how they can also be different—by finding God’s love and forgiveness, and choosing to live and love like Jesus.
