Confessing The Hebrew Scripturesنموونە
He will love you, bless you and multiply you. He will also bless the fruit of your womb and the produce of your soil, your grain and your new wine and your oil, the increase of your herds and the young of your flock, in the land that He swore to your fathers to give you. ―Deuteronomy 7:13

Today’s verse speaks of abundance. Jesus said that He came to give us life — not just meager life, but abundant life. While this might not always take a physical form with overflowing bank accounts and the latest, greatest tangible possessions, Jesus promised us abundant life nonetheless. 2 Peter 1:3 reminds us that God has given us all that we need to thrive spiritually. Through His Word and the Holy Spirit within us, our Good Shepherd makes available all the nourishment and protection we need to live out the fruit of the Spirit. Such things — love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control — are riches indeed! Which of these fruits do you currently need to ask the Lord to multiply in your life?

About this Plan
While most of us understand that the Old Testament Scriptures were written primarily in the Hebrew language, very few of us can read or understand Hebrew. Therefore, we are forced to read the various English translations of the Bible. And, while there are many excellent translations out there, they often miss the nuances, insight, and deeper revelation found in the original Hebrew.
