Courageous Humility Pt. 1নমুনা
Reading today’s Scripture, we know entering into the presence of the Lord will create an opportunity for us to HEAR Him. We may hear (although perhaps not audibly, but in a thought we otherwise would not have had) Him tell us He loves us. We may sense Him urging us to go to a certain area in Scripture. We may sense Him compelling us to repent. In His place, we can expect guidance and blessing. Guidance for our lives and the path He has placed us on. This path we learned in days past, He desires to steady and balance us on. The blessings that flow from the Lord are FULLNESS of joy. Who doesn’t desire that?
Last week several questions were posed, this week, let’s ask similar questions, but with the knowledge of Scripture:
What does the Bible say about entering the presence of God?
Does the Bible teach and encourage me to enter the presence of the Lord?
Am I still uncomfortable with the idea of entering God’s presence, now that I understand how, when and where I may do so?
If I held a belief or stronghold in my mind, causing me to believe His presence is not for me, has that stronghold been broken by the power of God’s Word?
If not, am I willing to try to enter His presence through prayer and worship, until chains are broken in His presence?
Prayer: Lord, thank You so much for the revelations You have for each of us. We are all in very different places in our walks with You, but You by Your Holy Spirit shed light in our hearts with the same truth of Your Word. Thank You! I pray today, chains are broken. Strongholds dissolved. Beliefs to be aligned with Your Word! Compel each of us to pray, worship and praise You in only ways we can. You made each of us unique, uniquely positioned in a variety of places – may these Words we’ve consumed together, become our flesh. May we live our lives AFTER we have been in Your presence, where we can hear You – the guidance and blessings You have for us. Thank You so much Jesus. We praise You and thank You in the Name of Jesus Christ. Amen!
About this Plan
Be strong. Be Alert. Be Courageous. These words are the premise of this 30 day study where you will uncover God's desire for you to call out to Him and trust He will hear. Not only hear, but set you on sure footing, a path He sets before you, for your sake and the sake of those around you. From there you will dig into Scripture around what it means to courageously step into God's presence, how to do so, and what you can expect as a result of going into His presence. Finally, you will be encouraged to step towards the healing Christ offers, both individually, and as the collective Bride of Christ. Each day you will be encouraged to ask questions, seek answers in God and His Word, and identify the step YOU sense the Holy Spirit compelling you to take. Courage accompanies ACTION, and Christ reveals to us where to move next, while the Holy Spirit empowers us to do so!
