When Christ rose from the dead He provided a way for repentance and forgiveness of sins. By taking the penalty for our sin and then rising again in victory over our sin, there became a way for us to be right with God. Now He is asking us to proclaim that truth to the nations.

To be honest, that seems like an overwhelming task. How do we proclaim it to the nations? The simplest way I know is to start where you are. Where does God have you? What unbelievers are you around-family, friends, co-workers, neighbors? Begin by proclaiming the truth of what His death, burial and resurrection accomplishes to those around you and then ask God to do a work and spread that message to the nations.
