So Be Itনমুনা
All the widow wanted was justice. Nevertheless, the judge refused for quite some time. There are times where we can relate to this story. Though our adversary may differ from the widow’s, we want justice, nonetheless. You may be facing opposition because of your faith. Or perhaps you feel as though you are under spiritual enemy fire. The point is that our Lord is far better and far more righteous than any judge found on earth. He sees our enemies, and He knows who our adversaries are. He also knows the friend or loved one you would like see come to Christ. Pray to Him consistently—and yes, even pray to Him about the same things! He will hear, and He will answer. So pray.
Lord, I come to you as one in need. I am being attacked on all sides—or at least that’s how I feel. I cry to you, and you alone, knowing that you hear my cries and they are not wasted. Please bring justice as only you can, and help me to persevere through it all. Keep me strong. Keep me faithful. In Jesus’ name, So Be It.
