Day 1: Stepping into the Unknown
Read: Joshua 3:1-8
Scripture Focus: Joshua 3:4 - “Then you will know which way to go, since you have never been this way before.”
Devotional:
The Israelites were on the brink of a monumental transition. After wandering in the wilderness for 40 years, they were about to enter the Promised Land. However, the path forward was unfamiliar, and the Jordan River stood as a formidable barrier. In Joshua 3, God instructed them to follow the Ark of the Covenant—His Presence—as their Guide because they were entering uncharted territory.
In our lives, there are seasons when God leads us into the unknown. It may be a new job, joining a service team, or even a life challenge. When the path is unclear, our confidence comes from God’s Presence. Trusting Him allows us to navigate unfamiliar ground with faith rather than fear.
Prayer Points:
- Pray for personal trust and courage to follow God’s Leading in unfamiliar areas.
- Pray for Salvations and healings, believing for God’s Miraculous Work.
- Pray that we, as a church, trust God’s Leading as we step into new areas of ministry and outreach.

About this Plan
It's time for our annual church fast, as we unite as a community to seek God together. Throughout this time, we're intentionally engaging with the Holy Spirit, and seeking His Guidance and Presence in our daily lives. Join us as we engage in a three-day liquid fast from 27-29 January. This involves abstaining from solid foods (if it's medically suitable for you) to focus on prayer, and creating room to hear from God.
