Strengthen Your Faith #5 He Is the Holy Spiritনমুনা
Transforming people
The Holy Spirit changes the hearts and thoughts of believers, leading them to live in harmony with God's will.
Without his work, it would be impossible to transform our way of thinking and acting because, by nature, we tend to act according to our ego and our inclinations. But the Spirit changes us from within, making us capable of following God.
Paul exhorts us not to conform to this world but to be transformed in the mind.
This renewal is possible because the Holy Spirit works within us to change our perspective and teach us to recognize what is good, pleasing, and perfect in God's eyes.
He gives us new desires, making us love what God loves and reject what distances us from Him.
The Holy Spirit works as an internal teacher: Jesus promises that the Spirit "will teach us all things" and will remind us of the teachings of Christ.
This means that the Spirit is always present to guide us, show us the truth, and correct us when we make mistakes.
Through the Spirit, we can produce what the Bible calls “the fruit of the Spirit,” qualities such as love, peace, patience, and self-control. These qualities reflect God’s character and help us live in a way that honors Him.
We don’t change by ourselves; the Spirit works in us day by day.
As we trust Him, the Holy Spirit transforms us over and over again, making us more and more like Christ and capable of living according to God’s will.
It’s an ongoing process, but each step brings us closer to a life filled with peace, joy, and love.
About this Plan
The Holy Spirit is also called the Consoler because he is the spiritual guide that Jesus promised to his disciples before ascending to heaven. He is the divine presence that dwells in Christians, giving them strength, peace, wisdom, and spiritual charisms to serve God and others. With this plan, we will help you get to know him and seek him to live a full and amazing life.
