The Call to Go
Key Scripture: Isaiah 6:8
After Isaiah was cleansed, he heard the call of God. The Lord asked, "Whom shall I send?" Without hesitation, Isaiah responded, "Here am I. Send me!" His encounter with God’s holiness and his experience of cleansing led him to a place of readiness and willingness to serve.
God’s call to each of us comes after we have been consecrated—set apart and purified. When we truly understand the depth of God’s grace and holiness, our natural response is to say, "Here am I. Send me." We are called to be His representatives, bringing His message of hope and salvation to a world in need.
Today, reflect on where God might be calling you to go. It could be a place, a person, or a new step in your spiritual journey. Ask Him for the courage to respond with a willing heart.
Prayer: Father, I hear Your call and I want to respond with a willing heart. Give me the courage to step out in faith and to go where You are leading me. Help me to trust in Your plans and to be a faithful servant, bringing Your message of hope to those around me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
