Power in Suffering
There is a magnificent Power that only comes from The Holy Spirit within us as believers when we allow Him free reign into our suffering. We must trust Him and bank on His Promises to receive Power from Above.
If we seek after Righteousness, then we are promised to be ‘as great oaks’ that The Lord has planted!
An oak tree is known for its durability and can withstand much abuse without cracking or losing appeal. Unique grain patterns allow oak to stand out from the rest of the decor. This puts into perspective what He wants to do in and through us if we only allow Him to work!
God said He would give us beauty for our ashes, blessing in the place of mourning, and praise instead of despair (Isa. 61:3).
When I was saved, I received Power from The Holy Spirit. It wasn’t until I purposed to learn about the layers of The Holy Spirit as an adult that I could really draw from that Power and see miraculous things in my life from accessing that Power within.
I urge you to investigate the Power of The Holy Spirit and those characteristics (Acts 1:8).
I already see, three months out from two major deaths in my family, The Lord working out some Fruit of The Spirit that I have historically struggled with, that I may not have otherwise submitted to God had I not endured this kind of suffering.
Would I choose to go through it again? Not. Would I trade what He is doing in me because of this pain? Not.
I now have a gentler spirit and am more compassionate than ever before. I see the need to come alongside those suffering and remind them that they are not alone.
I’m not perfecting anything, but I’m certainly still growing, and you can too.
What are you if you’re not growing? You're dead. It’s imperative that we grow.
God wants us all to transform, daily. He wants to make us more and more like His Image until the day we meet Him face to face. Transformation only comes from the Power of The Holy Spirit being given free access to every aspect of our being. Open the window to your soul and let Him in.
Invite Him into your suffering and get Peace. Make room, for your perception to shift. Give Him your praise. Be patient in the process. Persevere. Find your purpose and receive The Power!

About this Plan
Suffering successfully isn’t by chance. It’s a process facilitated by the Holy Spirit when we seek Him during the pain. We’ll pursue God’s Heart together, so there’s no parking in the dark season. Flowing, flourishing, and fanning into flames His Power onto others out of the ashes is the goal. God will make beauty out of those ashes! Your pain is not wasted!
