Commit Your Work to the Lordনমুনা
Living a Committed Life
When we live a life fully committed to serving God in our daily endeavors, there is a power that is felt not just by us, but by those around us as well.
This transformation is a game-changer. It will have others questioning what is different about you, and embolden you to work diligently towards realizing your dreams. When God is present in our lives, our lives make an impact. Our actions become more than just daily tasks.
When we allow ourselves to be utilized as a tool for greatness, God does just that. Remember that we serve a God who has never gone back against His Word, and He has promised us that if we only prioritize our relationship with Him, that our plans will be established by Him.
Living a committed life doesn’t mean that we won’t experience difficulties. It doesn’t mean that we’re going to jump out of bed, ready and excited to take on every single day. However, it does provide a larger motivation and determination to get through difficult moments. A committed life has direction, as we know that we’re not only working for ourselves, but working on behalf of and with the blessing of God.
God wants us to dream big and to reach those big dreams. God also knows the path that we must walk in order to make this a reality. Often, people feel like they’re waiting on God, when in reality, He’s waiting on us! He’s waiting for us to take the steps, to bring the dreams that He’s placed in our hearts to life. It is only when we make the decision to live a life committed to the Lord that we will begin to nurture those very dreams.
Without a commitment to God, we are drifting at sea. Aimlessly floating will take us all over the place.
A committed life, however, allows us to manipulate the sails so that we may find dry land.
Commit yourself to the Lord, and He will direct you towards greatness.
