God’s Plan For Meনমুনা
Use what you’re good at to give God glory.
We each have things we are good at. Do you know where we got these talents? From God! When God created you, He chose specific talents for you. Do you think God made you good at things so you could just think about them? No way! How about so you can use them just for yourself? Not a chance! God gave us talents so we can serve those around us and bring Him glory. We have opportunities every day to use the things we are good at to bless others. When we use the gifts God gave us to bless others, we are also blessing God.
Watch the video and play Stop and Say to help you memorize 1 Peter 4:10 and remember that you should faithfully serve others with the gifts God has given you.
Stop and Say
- Write out all of 1 Peter 4:10 on a piece of paper.
- Draw a stop sign on a different piece of paper.
- Read 1 Peter 4:10 over and over again as loud as you can.
- Stop reading when your friend holds up the stop sign.
- Start reading again when your friend puts the stop sign down.
- Switch papers with your friend and play again until both of you can say 1 Peter 4:10 without reading it.
Talk It Over: What are some things you are good at? How can you use those talents to serve others and bring glory to God?
