Faith & Love: A One Year Bible Reading Plan - Part 10নমুনা
In this final part of the letter to Timothy, Paul makes it clear that there is a price to pay. Paul did not at any point indicate that it would be easy.
Instead of playing it down, we should know there will be resistance. We might even experience great hardships because of our convictions. Paul does not tell us to avoid these challenges but to live purposefully. We should live from the inside out! Fulfill your destiny!
Do not allow these things to change your mind or alter your course.
Even though Paul mentions his struggles and hardships, his testimony is that it was all worth the suffering. There is a greater glory awaiting us. Life is not just about reaching the destination but also about keeping the faith. No one can comprehend the strength and courage generated when faith and purpose meet. Faithfulness is to be faithful to what you believe. We need to understand the eternal impact of our lives and actions to endure that which is temporal.
Paul does not just sit and wait for the end. He is actively engaging those around him. He understood something about the power of the revelation of the Kingdom of God that will never end for us.
A victor’s crown has been reserved for him. Paul knows that we are not just on the road to victory, but we also partake in the power and authority of this Kingdom while on earth. Therefore, nothing we do will be in vain unless it is rooted in vanity.
Are you living from the inside out? God wants your life filled with passion and purpose.
