STABILITY:

Maintaining mental stability can involve a variety of strategies, including engaging in regular exercise, practicing self-care, seeking professional help when needed, and engaging in healthy social interactions.

It is also important to cultivate resilience and a positive mindset, which can help individuals navigate difficult times and bounce back from setbacks.
