Seeking Godনমুনা
According to this passage, what do you think your attitude should be like when you pray? Take notes as you read each day. This will help reinforce what you are learning. Have you been asking God for a long while (maybe for years) to move a mountain, bring salvation, or send clear guidance? As you read, did you notice how closely prayer, persistence and faith are related? Attitude matters! Don't give up. Pray with tenacious, humble, and child-like faith. And please remember, the Bible shouldn't be falsely interpreted by making scriptures into special formulas for us to try to get what we want.
The Bible instructs us as believers and shows us our calling to trust and obey God. When we do all we can (obey and ask, believing), then we must stand firm and rest with assurance that the end results are in His hands. Sin has brought great suffering into our world. But God, in His love and mercy, works everything out for good for the beloved and called (Romans 8:28).
