It's not too late for this gift

Do you tend to be a "last-minute" Christmas shopper? Oftentimes we wait simply because we haven't gotten around to it…we haven't taken the time needed to go shopping. Many people suddenly get so exhausted from the stress triggered by this time of year that they lose their drive. It's not uncommon for this exhaustion to even end in mild depression.

If you find yourself in this place today, I'd like to remind you of an amazing truth: God has the ULTIMATE gift for you. It is never too late to open this gift…never! Now is your moment to change SOMETHING about your life that will change EVERYTHING:

"For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given…" (Isaiah 9:6, NKJV)

What does this have to do with you today? The following verse explains:

"And this is the testimony: that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life." (1 John 5:11-12, NKJV)

This is God's gift to you! If you let Jesus into your life, He will give you the drive for today and tomorrow! If you haven't yet opened this precious gift—due to time constraints, fatigue, or other reasons—I encourage you to do it now, through prayer:

"Jesus, I thank You for this incomprehensible gift…YOU! Today, I choose to give You my life because only You can change it! I love and trust You. Jesus, YOU are a miracle! In Your name, amen."
